improvement and progression

goals logoLeaping higher, higher, higher,

With a desperate desire,

And a resolute endeavor

Now—now to sit, or never,

By the side of the pale-faced moon.

~Edgar Allen Poe

I just want to share my goals with y'all real quick. I'm hoping to "report" on them regularly (especially the ones in bold), so that I have some accountability. . . .

"piano lesson"

That's better.

"Consistent exercise program"

Do you know what country this is? Know of but 1 American heroine who can run 13 miles & She is so popular & out of US's league She shuts down most everyone who tries to contact Her.

I like the idea of a room a month! My mom is moving to Boise and that means 37 years of collecting have to come to my house. We have a small place and I have A LOT of stuff, we are also taking on some of my mom's stuff and getting rid of our old stuff. I need to loose weight too, but...

Thanks for the ideas!

That is a great habit to make! I thought about you guys a lot on our trip to TN, especially when we stayed in Little Rock, but we didn't know ahead of time where we would be stopping. We had to kind of plan the hole trip as we went and we got to Little Rock really late. We are actually in the Nashville temple district, but we would love to swap babysitting at the Memphis temple! We are about 2 1/2 hours away from Memphis is all! I'll look at Devin's schedule and see when he has a semseter break or something! It is exciting to be near family even though we are so far away from "home." Honesty though, I feel right at home here already.

I love how organized youa re with your goals. It really helps when you have it all spelled out. I would love to know more about stations, and would love to help with your house.

Ah, you remind me of me, Michelle. I love lists. And I love to set and meet goals.

HOWEVER...

Michelle, if you lose 8" you will disappear.

Thanks for your ideas for Austin's grave. I really like the idea of bending a hanger around like a seatbelt. That way I wouldn't have to poke anything in the items. Thanks!

how's the home improvements?

reading your post several weeks ago motivated me to get rid of the excess things in our household. things i hadn't used in years--gone. things i kept for no good reason--gone. all things going to new homes, not just into a different spot in my own LOL (hurray & lots of shouting hurray!).
