We have a tendency to complain about things that need to be fixed, then when the city finally starts working on them we complain that there's a mess. Of course, the really frustrating part is that the repairs always seem to take 15 times longer than it seems they should!<BR/><BR/>But, I am glad they are making some repairs that obviously need to be done!
